JM ate the meatball sub with a lemonade.
John ate the veggie pizza with a Wisconsin Amber.
Nichole ate the Anchovy Bros. pizza.
Rose ate the spaghetti with meat sauce.
The bill was $48, or $12/person, plus tip.
John gave Avanti an A-, JM and Rose gave Avanti a B-; Nichole gave Avanti a C (see our grading rubric).

This place has two signs: Avanti! pizza (Italian for "Forward") on one side, and Avantis Italian Steakhouse & Pub on the other.

It was OK. The food was pretty standard for its type (lowbrowish Italian-y food).
