Why is India Darbar on the CLOSED list.
As far as I know [and as far as their website looks], they are STILL open???

To the best of my knowledge, it changed ownership and name - now it's Spice and Curry.

Ok, if that is the case, than can you add the parenthetical name change to the listing, like you do for other listings, ie Cleveland's Diner (name change; now Plaka)

Basically if the name changed, please say so when the old name is added to the closed list, otherwise everyone assumes it closed, rather than just changed names.

I see what you mean, Ken. In short, we consider Spice and Curry to be a different manifestation of a restaurant than India Darbar because its ownership has changed. Name changes are noted on the above list of closed restaurants only if ownership has remained the same, which might be imprecision on our part.
