Brothers

In a word: Why is this on the Eats list?

The specs: #0047
Address, hours & details via Isthmus; review by Ultimate Madison Bar Tour; Brothers Bar on Urbanspoon

We split an order of mini tacos. JM had a lemonade and Nichole had a Long Island iced tea.
The bill was $9, or $4.50/person, plus tip.
JM and Nichole both gave Brothers a C (see our grading rubric).

Were people actually studying in this chain bar on the eve of the big Kerry rally? Who can say. All we know is, relatively speaking, JM's lemonade was stronger than Nichole's long island.

Here's the entire menu:
Chicken tenders, spicy chicken tenders, buffalo wings, potato skins, mini tacos (like big tortilla chips folded over bean mix and deep fried), cheese curds, mozzarella sticks, onion rings, and french fries. Basically, deep fried frozen foods for between $4 and $5.50. You decide if it's worth the risk.

Today I saw a guy deliver pizza to Brothers. Take that at face value.
